I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I placed a custom order and it was the best! The gucci bags were shipped carefully wrapped, exactly what I asked for with no issues, and so fast! I was a little nervous to order several bags of different brands, but after reading lots of amazing reviews and seeing pictures of the real thing in the comments, I went for it. Focus on today Gucci Supreme bag, I love it! The logo and everything are on point , and it seems like a nice material. It even came in a Gucci supreme bag, My only complaint is that it did take several weeks to arrive, but it was much sooner than the estimated delivery date. I would certainly recommend if you are looking for a quality and affordable dupe of the GG supreme bag!!!

I purchased this as a work pack. Pretty and smooth however solid and can hold a 15" PC. I have been involving this pack each typical business day for a while at this point, no wearing issues and stills smell like fresh out of the plastic new calfskin.

Beyond perfect!!! amazing deal, Took 25 days to arrive into the Arizona,US. I’m got smacked with how good the quality. It’s a medium/small size clutch I think it’s exactly the same than the real thing but over all great quality especially for the price.
