Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.

Although I didn’t really need “customer service” in a traditional sense, team member Tracy reached out and informed me of some minor changes to a bag I had ordered. I am a big fan of lv and ysl, i have many authentic bag. When i open the package, very nice replica just a exactly the same compared to the real thing. It did not come with a box or receipt but definitely could pass for the real thing. LVbag great size to fit plenty of things inside, customer service is very professional and patient, resolve any of my questions. Quality is above average, that a really good imitation, only critique would be this one had a smell however the other one i ordered did not. Just air it out for a day or two good to go. i bought the Chloe bag in black for $299 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia. I love it, it's solidly built it looks exactly like the Chloe Nile. the gold is quite a yellow gold but that doesn't put me off. it did take a few emails to Dolabuy to confirm my order was dispatched however i believe that the processing may also be for posting because the day i received it the order was marked as complete. i was skeptical but i love my bag and would not hesitate to buy another!
