I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. I just received my latest order from Dolabuy. Words cannot describe how thrilled I am and how grateful I am to Tracy for making it possible for me to have this beautiful bag at a price I can afford. I placed my order on Nov 14 and received it on Nov 28. It only took 14 days to arrive. And beautifully packaged in the gorgeous Louis Vuitton box just like it came from Paris. I ordered the Speedy 30 with the strap. The Bandolier. It is perfect in every possible way. There is not one single thing that is different from the authentic. I never cease to be amazed when I open one of my packages from Luxtime. I also ordered the Toiletry bag and it came at the same time. Same story. PERFECT!!! The quality of the goods you receive are exceptional. I don't think you could tell the difference from the actual store. Upon opening them, I was without a doubt nervous wondering if I had wasted my money, but to my relief they were beyond my expectations. I LOVE THIS BAG!!! I did order this particular one in a speedy but never got confirmation. Tracy responded quickly but I still never got an invoice and eventually the order just disappeared. So I tried again in a neverfull and it went through smoothly. Ordered 8/28 arrived 9/24. The bag overall is super cute and has NO smell. It was wrapped very well and everything looks to be in order. No hanging threads, no scuffs, no scratches. My one and only complaint is the strap it came with. One of the clips that hook to the purse is jammed. There’s a spring inside that looks like it is bigger than the other so I cannot attach it. To be fair, I don’t want to use the strap on this bag. I don’t particularly like it so it’s not a huge issue for me. I still give this a 5/5 and will be buying again. But I do want people to be aware that it did happen and please don’t let that sway you. If I can find a thin cutter, I can fix it easily.
